Valentine's Day Blooms
Please ensure that the correct address and detailed information including a contact phone number of the recipient is provided to ensure a smooth delivery.
In the event of the recipient not being home at the time of delivery, we will leave the flowers in a safe, shady place at the provided address and provide a notification unless otherwise noted on the order.
If we are unable to leave the flowers in a safe, shady place they will be returned to our floral studio for collection within business hours or redelivery at an additional fee.
Due to the high volume of deliveries on Valentines Day, we are unable to guarantee or provide exact delivery times. We will do our absolute best to accomodate time frames where possible (eg, during school or office hours).
